The acclaimed chairman, REM, at Performing Musician Association Of Nigeria, GBENGA OLOWO have lashed out at ICON, a recording artiste who have been in the music industry for years with no prove of excellence. Prior to the post that was earlier published by Rhemacity Blog, you would recall that the NO LIMIT CEO, Kingsley Anu, made a candid statement on why the entertainment industry in Port Harcourt have not gained the attention of investors over the years. According to him, he said, "A lot of investors are afraid to invest due to atitude issues from most artists". This candid statement he made stirred up some grievances that have been domiciled over the years in ICON a recording artiste from Port Harcourt.

The artiste who is currently rounding off his program in a tertiary institution in Ghana, made a disgusting blast at the CEO of NO LIMIT MUSIC, many would have thought that ICON would have used the opportunity to learn, having known the unraveled truth about the absence of investors in Port Harcourt music industry. The recording artiste, ICON have proved the level of how unwise he is. As the proverb goes, "a word is enough for the wise", many would have thought that the unraveled truth by the NO LIMIT CEO, Kingsley Anu, will send some positive vibes into the lives of many artists for reprove, but ICON have shown his childlike attitude in handling such issues by replying with this unguarded words that emanated from an empty mind. Little wonder, he has no prove over the years as a recording artiste and as such have not been appealing to investors over the years.

As the greatest book in the universe out rightly declared, "pride goes before a fall", I wouldn't be wrong to say that the cause of ICON's failure as a music artiste is PRIDE. Read his reply to NO LIMIT CEO, Kingsley Anu.

It is only the wise that could learn from what the NO LIMIT CEO had said. That has been the problem of many artistes in Port Harcourt, yet they are hell bent on rising to prominence. It's never done, even in the most civilized country or establishment. Keep your fingers crossed while in anticipation of further comments by this duo.
