"Think About It And Be Wise", Mr 2kay Strictly Warns Against Alcoholism
In a recent concluded gathering of various personalities of timber and caliber, movers and shakers of the world in Nigeria, was a table of the former world's richest man and the world's richest African, Bill Gates and Alinko Dangote respectively, amidst other dignitaries. A sight caught the attention of Mr 2kay as he saw at the event an astonishing table which got him thinking for a while. Mr 2kay could not hold his peace as he unraveled what have lied dormant in his mind over the years (at the sight of this table).
The Port Harcourt born singer, Grafton Records Artiste, who just released an album he titled, ELEVATED, could not hold his sincere feeling toward the sight. This motivated him to share a photo of the event (round table) adding some comments to the photo.
The rate at which alcoholism have flooded the minds of young and old people alike, have turned out to be a pain in the heart of Mr 2kay. In Nigeria, it is only those who have got some cash to spend that actually drink themselves to stupor and the gathering of personalities of great timbre and caliber never seemed to be like that. This truth steered up Mr 2kay to ask a rhetorical questions which goes thus; " How many champagne bottles can you see on this table?" Obviously, there was not even one. The great minds never had any bottle of champagne on the table. The singer was perplexed at the sight, as he was moved to say some words about it.
The round table that accommodated the great minds had no bottle of champagne on it in spite of the capability of their various bank accounts. Mr 2kay, however, took to his instagram page to pass this message across. In his words, He said, "Even the Alcohol companies will always advice you to drink responsibly". Indirectly, passing a message of 'drink responsibly' to his fans and all those that care to listen. These words of his depicts the fact that he isn't a fan of "alcholic irresponsibility".
The secular singer took the form of a Pastor, quoting from the Scriptures ("He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man; he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich". Prov 21:17) to back up his message of drink responsibly.
With this new innovation of Mr 2kay quoting the scripture, it could be that the Port Harcourt born is close to his bible, or it was a message he heard a man of God preach on TV as I doubt if the singer does go to church.
