Nelson Sampson Awajiokanunye, popularly known by his stage name, "Nex" is a gospel rapper and singer, who hails from Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State. The rapper is spontaneously driven by a vision to spread the gospel, through rap music, across the globe. He happen to be the second son of a family of five. He started his music career officially in the year 2017. And since then, he has recorded two songs which he featured his crewmates. The song,  BIG GOD(ft Lil Pelly) and THIS GOD(ft Alex Thompson), have topped the playlist of virtually all his fans across the state. He also was featured in some outstanding tracks. He is the conveneer of THE REDEFINITION CONCERT


Currently an electrical engineering student of the prestigious Rivers Sate University, he is also one of the conveneers of Alabanza Concert (a monthly gospel hangout) which is undoubtedly making tremendous impact across the state.
