In recent times, there has been an overwhelming invasion of soot in the city of Port Harcourt. Many individuals have publicly condemned it and have called on the Government to do something about it. In a bid to unravel how detrimental this is to the human health, Maryann Duke Okon, Nigeria Info On-air-personality, tweeted this saga via her twitter account calling for a mass protest against the occurrence of this soot in the city of Port Harcourt. According to the On-air-personality, her aim was to ensure that the government and every arm related to this saga puts a stop to it. 

However, The self-acclaimed Honorable Commissioner for disturbance, Rivers State, Roy Clintson has openly revealed his grievance too over this environmental health hazard currently threatening the lives of the residents of Port Harcourt. As he acclaimed, Commissioner for disturbance, he has taken it upon himself to be of great disturbance to the Government of Rivers State because of the soot. According to him, he is disturbing Port Harcourt city positively. Could this be one of his medium of disturbance?

Meanwhile, The Executive Governor Of Rivers State, Governor Nyesome Wike, is one individual who has won the heart of Rivers people. He has always had the wellbeing of Rivers people at heart. This has propelled him to engage in certain projects aimed at bettering the lives of Rivers people.

This singular act amidst others, has earned him a great recognition in the country as he is fondly called "Mr Project" it has also led to his endorsement for the forthcoming governorship election in 2019.

SHORT OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI, AND GOV. NYESOM WIKE

Dear President Buhari, and Governor Wike,
Please, on behalf of the good, and the bad people of Rivers State that have offended you in one way or the other, I plead that one of you should swallow his pride and come END THIS SOOT.

Our City is no longer safe.
The air is no longer fresh, and it's killing us.

Please, with all due respect, this is no longer a joke.

Dear Governor Wike, only the living will be alive to use the roads and projects you are busy erecting, commissioning and constructing... A true Leader is one who has the betterment of his people at heart, not the betterment of the land... Rivers State is not the land and roads or buildings... We, the People, are the Port Harcourt... We are the Rivers State..
