In an art of publicity, the self-acclaimed Honorable Commisioner For Disturbance, Rivers Sate, in person of Roy Clintson took to his Facebook account to share an official publicity message using it as an opportunity to invite and crave for the participation of the masses, particularly the entertainers in the forthcoming Port Harcourt Entertainment Elevation Conference , PHEEC.
